2023 Online Pre-Season Registration

Online Preseason Registration is now open. If you are a returning racer in the FIRST box type your RACE # or FIRST or LAST NAME into the search box when your information comes up, SELECT Pre Reg Me. Then click on the OK BOX. This will auto populate your information.

If you did not race with us last year, fill out your name, address, phone number, and birthdate.

We recommend you don’t use auto fill on your phone or computer. If the information in your auto fill doesn’t make the system information, it will cause an error.

Then select the race you will be in Bike, Quad, Mini Bike, Mini Quad, Pee Wee Bike, or Pee Wee Quad.

If your information was in the system, your race number will autofill. If you are new or wish to change your number use the drop-down box to the right.

If you need a transponder. Select YES and we will assign you one. It will be in your packet at Registration with your membership card and helmet stickers. You will be able to pick them up at the first race.

Next is your email.

Then if your racer is under 18 upload a copy of their birth certificate then the emergency contact and phone number.

Then read the release information for Rocky Mountain Cash and assumption of risk.

Click “I agree to the terms below.”

Then submit pre-entry and pay now

NYOA Updates

We have a few "housekeeping" type notes to share and wanted to do that this week.

1. PARKING: We have seen an improvement with this, but there are still reports of people being "parked in" or of people parking behind toy haulers not giving them room to open the gate and get their machines. PLEASE PLEASE be courteous when parking. Have a conversation with the people to make sure they can get out or get what they need. There are ways to work together so please help by being considerate and communicating.

2. SMOKING/VAPING: This is not a subject we want to get too far into. We have had some complaints about the uptick in marijuana use at events. See the rules about being "under the influence" if you have questions about that specifically. The main concern being expressed is that there are families with younger children that are being exposed to second hand smoke including marijuana. We respect your rights. Please respect your fellow campers and racers while they are racing and be considerate with where you're smoking in relation to them.

3. DOGS: Again, we respect your animals and love seeing them. Dogs are not to be in the start area or at registration. This has been a rule for a long time, but we are seeing dogs where they should not be. This is for their safety as well as the safety of others. It goes without saying, but a quick reminder, if you bring pets, you need to clean up after them.

4. SURVEYS: We are posting a link on the NYOA Socials and the website after each round this year to gather timely feedback to pass on to the promoters and the board. We are seeing maybe 8-10% participation in these surveys. They are quick and simple to fill out. Please consider taking a few minutes after each event to share your thoughts. Riders, spectators and workers are all encouraged to take the surveys.

5. Make sure if you are registering at the track to have all your documents. Especially your AMA number and expiration date. Cell service at some tracks is very limited. It will make it easier on the registration crew. Have patience as we are training new staff.

We have had a great start to the 2023 season! Thank you all for continuing to come out and race with NYOA! We will be back soon to open up registration for ROUND 5, DITCH BANGER!

2023 NYOA Awards Banquet Information

The 2023 NYOA Awards Banquet will be held at The Kalahari Resort and Conference Center in Pocono Manner, PA on Saturday, February 3, 2024.

The room block is live now and will sell out so please make your reservation if you plan to stay at the venue. There are other hotels and Air bnbs in the vicinity that can accommodate you as well if you're interested.

This year we will have youth awards, a meal for everyone and the adult awards immediately following.

We will have some events on Friday night as well and more details will follow on the timeline for the day as we get closer.

Ticket Prices are:

11years and older - $65

4years-10years - $45

3years and under - Free

A reservation will be required to be in the banquet room. The ticket price includes all of the events on Saturday.

***PLEASE READ THE RESERVATION DETAILS CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING/SENDING YOUR FORM***

Some Notes:

*Reservations must be received together to sit together.

*Tables are set for 10. It will be assigned seating.

*If you have a party of more than 10 you will be seated at separate tables.

*If you have a party of less than 10 you will be seated with other attendees.

*If you have an under 3 attendees, there will not be a seat at the table for that child as we the pay the venue per seat. They are welcome to lap sit and still eat from the buffet at no cost. We do need to account for them in the room head count which is why we ask for their information.

*If you are interested in coming to pick up your award only, the times and process for that will be announced at a later date.

We will be back with more updates as the committee continues to meet and confirm details for the weekend. We are looking forward to celebration with you all in February!

2023 NYOA Banquet - THANK YOU!!

There really are no words to express the amount of gratitude we have for the NYOA family!!!

THANK YOU to everyone who joined us for the 2023 Awards Celebration last weekend. We hope you enjoyed the event and spending time with your race family during the weekend.

We have an endless list of people to thank for making it all happen and we don't want to miss anyone.

Please know that if you had a part in any of it we truly appreciate you! From our vendors, to our presenters, our board, our incredible volunteers, the banquet committee and of course the riders that all came together to celebrate an amazing season, we can't thank you enough. We have truly enjoyed seeing your photos on social media celebrating each other's accomplishments!

For those of you that were unable to join us at the banquet but would like to pick up your earned awards, please contact your rider rep or Mark Potter. They will be coordinating this effort for you. All contact info for them will be listed under "contact us" at our website NYOA.net.

Mail in registration is open for 2024 effective immediately! Online registration will continue to be available as well. Series membership will increase from $25 to $35 on 2/15/24.
